Pesh/Halfling Weed Effects

In the first session the PCs stumbled on a field of Pesh.  It can be used as a commodity or to enhance play.


Pesh Effects: (Halfling Pipe weed)

Strong feeling of peace and euphoria, as well as a strong sense of hunger.  PCs will not fight unless attacked.
If monsters are using Pesh the monster reaction rolls get a +2 in the positive. (Less likely to attack) 
All effects will last 1d4 + 1 Turns

Roll 1d6: 1-3 Success, 4-6 Fail
(Con bonus add for success)
Thief could increase checks by 10% but if failure becomes slower by 50%, -2 to attack.
Magic User can occasionally get a spell back but if failure become slower by 50%, -2 to attack.
Everyone else +2 attack but risks: chance of becoming slower by 50%, -2 to attack.

After 1d4+1 Turns user is always lethargic and has -2 attack and is slow by 50% for another 1d4+1 turns. One of those turns is spent eating rations.
