After some discussion the group makes their way north. They make their way around the spear trap and check out the room with all the painted frescos. Its all peeling but it looks like it may have been a solarium, painted there to remember what the outside looked like before the inmates were locked up tight deep in the dungeon. They didn't find anything in there and moved on to the next room. In it were some tanks and 2 sunken pools in the ground. One had legs sticking out of it. After some searching around they pulled out the body of a very boiled elf. It had a bag with 100GP, a wand and a short sword. There was also one of the daggers, it had a red gem.
On they went to the end of the hall and opened a door. It had loads of webs everywhere and a huge spider on the ceiling. Tagar decided to light the webs on fire and someone else tossed in some oil. They shut the door and heard something squealing and thumping itself against the door. That went on for about 5 minutes and then it stopped. They opened the door and saw a spider on its back with no legs, it was still alive but hissing and trying to bite, they quickly put it out of its misery and Tagar harvested its venom. A thorough search of the room turned up 50 CP. They moved on through the door on the other side.
On the other side was a hall way. that lead to a T and they went south at the T. Below were some aggressive beetles, 4 of them chased the PCs. The beetles started attacking, they spit on the Cleric and caused some very uncomfortable burns which made it hard for him to fight. They they ganged up on the beetles and took them out. After searching again and finding nothing they moved north. A secret door was uncovered that lead to some stairs going down. They opted to check out another room which was an old dormitory. They decided it was time to rest and think about where they were going next.
Monsters Killed: 4 beetles and 1 Black Widow.
Treasure: 100 GP, Red Dagger, Spider Poison vial, Wand, Short Sword
