Session 36: Lizards and Flies Oh My

After the gas from the serpent statues clears the crew look around and make sure they are all alive and healthy.  After a bit of healing they take a closer look at the larger dagger that was found.  The knife is an oversized dagger, almost a shortsword (d6), grip wrapped in snakes, Cross guard is a birds claw, blade engraved in snake skin.  Bill decided to hold on to that as his weapon for the moment.

Session 35: Getting Gassy

 The crew started after as long rest in the former dormitory.  The crew crept down the diagonal hallway and saw a door.  They listened and heard nothing.  The door was locked by a sliding bolt from the outside.  When they opened it up it was pitch black even though they had light just outside the door.  They tossed in a torch and it just disappeared into darkness and silence.  After some time they realized it must have had a permeant darkness spell cast in there.  After casting light on an arrow they tossed it in and saw that it would give them about a 15' radius of light. The hire walked around and seemed to disappear.  He could hear nothing when inside the room but with the magical light was able to see around the room.  There was really nothing in there except a chair.  After leaving they locked the door again from the outside.

Session 34: Burn baby burn like disco inferno

 After some discussion the group makes their way north. They make their way around the spear trap and check out the room with all the painted frescos.  Its all peeling but it looks like it may have been a solarium, painted there to remember what the outside looked like before the inmates were locked up tight deep in the dungeon.  They didn't find anything in there and moved on to the next room.  In it were some tanks and 2 sunken pools in the ground.  One had legs sticking out of it.  After some searching around they pulled out the body of a very boiled elf.  It had a bag with 100GP, a wand and a short sword.  There was also one of the daggers, it had a red gem.

Session 33: Unmute me you f**k!

 Finally the fight with the madmax idiots concludes and the heavily laden adventurers, tomb robbers, treasure seekers, head to the surface.  They get to the canyon and a few humans brigand types come from the hidden forest to speak to them.  They tell them of the hobgoblins that captured their leader and took over their hideout.  Most of the rest of their crew has dispersed and found other things to do.  The town will not welcome them due to some of the unsavory things they are known for.

Session 32: We Are Family!

 When we last left our wanna be heroes they had cleaned up a whole bunch of the dungeons' former inmate descendants.  The crazy mad max idiots were down to their hulking leader, Rythik.  He battled them fearlessly knowing he had no way to escape.  Death by a thousand cuts took him down in the end.  Once they finished him they peeled off his armor and shield and took it.  They searched his room and found an oversized jack in the box.  They cleared the room and Tagar used his 10 foot pole to turn the crank, Jack jumped out and nothing happened.  Inside were 1000GP, a potion, a key and 3 gems.  The brown jeweled dagger was also in his room.

Session 31: Join us! Have some punch!

After resting and refreshing in the baboons' poop room they crew starts off again to find the daggers.  They make their way north and west to the room where they last saw the mad max idiots sleeping.  This time they were awake and carrying on around a cauldron drinking and acting crazy.  Two of them saw Tagar and offered him a drink.  He took a swig (Save vs Poison) and it gave him a tingle but his head remained clear.  Bill tried to cast charm person on one of the two that came by to talk and he just walked away, sat in a corner and held his head.
